Working on studio sets is always dope.
Hadithi Productions called me and my team to work on this Comedy and we were excited, this however was different from other sets i’ve built since production design was started by carpenters without a PD head, it was wise on cost cutting but it had a lot of changes and shifts to be done nothing we couldn’t fix.
We had The master bedroom, a shared girls room, a boys room, a living room with open plan kitchen and a club house (my favorite. Some of the things we had to think through were the walls placing and doors, some spaces were not realistic with the 2 camera shooting style, hence last minute we added a few walls and took a white black canvas literally, turning it into the most stunning sets.
The show premiered and aired on DSTV, hoping it comes to show as eventually.
